Soccer Player Aaron Ramsey Increases Incentive for Lost Dog in Mexico to £15k
Wales football star Ramsey has increased the incentive for details about his lost dog named Halo to $$20k.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently represents the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, stated that the beagle was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state region.
The beagle, who disappeared on 9 October, was had on a tracking device, and the footballer posted a map pinpoint of her last known location.
"Any sort of updates concerning our Halo kindly get in touch with us. Significant reward for locating her. We are all wishing she is safe and comes home to our family soon," the athlete wrote on social media.
Earlier Reward and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey initially revealed that Halo had disappeared 14 days prior and has subsequently uploaded numerous images of the cherished pet on Instagram.
A $$10k incentive was first announced, but with no news on Halo's status after a week, Ramsey and his family raised the amount.
"We just want our pet home," he said in an additional appeal on social media after the 10-year-old pet was lost.
The most recent image upload is a grayscale photo of the beagle snoozing, her head resting in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the caption: "What I'd do to hold you one last time sweet Halo."
Household's Anxieties and Context
The footballer has also posted a message from his wife Colleen on online channels saying they have a few "serious questions" about the event and fear the household "could possibly not get clarity".
"We still are still searching for Halo. It is unlikely we ever will," his wife's post read.
The Wales skipper joined Mexican premier club Pumas UNAM earlier this year and had his first appearance in Liga MX in the eighth month.
Originally from Caerphilly player is the initial prominent British Isles player to play in the Liga MX.
